Quality Control
"Quality is our Priority." This motto has been followed since inception of the company & has been strictly adapted by every member of ECPL family irrespective of their designation. Strict quality control is maintained at all the stages right from the procurement of Raw Materials to Finished Goods.
Some Features of Our Quality Control
- India has the finest grades of clay available and we use only those finest grades.
- We conduct various tests on Raw Materials and the raw material lot, which passes all the tests is then only used.
- The process of MANUFACTURING is carried out with extreme care. Tests are carried out on a regular day to day basis during the whole production cycle in order to ensure quality at all intermediate stages.
- All the insulator shells are visually sorted before ASSEMBLY and appropriate care is taken during assembly of insulators.
- After the assembly process each piece of insulator is visually sorted, Electrically and Mechanically TESTED as per the IS and only the passed insulators are sent for packing in the packing yard.
